Before Making an Appointment:

In order to comply with the professional standards of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the clinic must follow through with keeping our patient records up to date.
‣ If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, please book a Re-assessment (6 months+) - cost: $80.
‣ If it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, please book a Re-assessment (12 months+) - cost: $120.
If you are unsure about the date of your last appointment, please contact the clinic.

Cancelling an Appointment:

‣ 24 hours notice is required for cancelling Monday - Friday appointments.
‣ 48 hours notice is required for cancelling a Saturday appointment.
Full charges will be applied to missed appointments and appointments cancelled last-minute.

Please check with your insurance company for coverage of chiropractic services.
